Markus Baiker works for Trend Micro ALPS in Account Management and looks after a number of assigned large customers in Switzerland.
Important key functions are the maintenance of direct customer contact and the continuous networking and development within the large organisations and corporations of the assigned customer portfolio. In close coordination and cooperation with the Sales Engineers/Consultants, we develop the strategic approach and future development steps in the existing customer environment or in new environments. For customers with a Premium Support contract, relationships are developed and maintained with the Customer Service Manager in the sense of Trusted Advisor.
